Cho Wines will be pouring samples during Local’s Night on the 6th, which will pair perfectly with the menu we’re serving for the occasion.

about the winery:
Cho wines is the first Korean-American owned & operated winery in Oregon specializing in high elevation Willamette Valley sparkling wine & pinot noir. Cho symbolizes the celebration of our commonality, all living matter consisting of carbon, hydrogen, oxygen (CHO). What started as a side project while Dave worked at sparkling house, Argyle Winery, their decade long dream of launching their own brand became a reality during the pandemic.
Look forward to visiting their brand new tasting room in the Chehalem Mountains, set to open in 2023.
tasting notes:
2021 pétillant-naturel pinot gris / sparkling, lively, tangerine, fresh lime zest, pineapple, white peach, slate, crisp
