100% Pommard Pinot noir clone. It is a very light, elegant rose gold color, crisp and refreshing in the palate. Dry wine with fruit notes of peach and dew melons, perfect for brunch. Fantastic acidity, making it very easy to enjoy. Young and playful. This beautiful Pinot noir Rosé will be your favorite wine all year long.

Elegant, boulder Pinot noir, deep dark fruit color, bright, opulent, phenomenal body, showing the maturity of our vines. Notes of cranberries, and black cherries with a spice finish. Intense crimson color but is very smooth on the palate. Will age gracefully through the years.

ABOUT Cramoisi Vineyard:

The adventure started in 2011 when we stumbled across this incredible vineyard site that was previously farmed for hazelnuts, cherries, walnuts and prunes. Our family was visiting the Willamette Valley in search of the best ground for Pinot Noir, when our route serendipitously took us up Worden Hill and we discovered a "For Sale" sign that had evaded our long running search.  We immediately sold our home in North Vancouver, BC to move to Oregon and pursue our love and passion for wine growing and farming.  

We fell in love with our new home sweet home, a 10 acre farm perched in the Dundee Hills overlooking the Willamette Valley.  The soon to be vineyard had been cleared of the hazelnut orchard and was ready to be planted. Ryan being an Oregonian had long been looking for a great opportunity to return to his roots in the hills of Oregon, and we buy  a premier site in the Dundee Hills AVA where we can follow our passion for wine growing.

We kept our daily jobs in the IT industry in order to invest in their vineyard. In 2017 Sofia decided to leave the IT Industry environment and focused 100% in the wine family business.  We are excited yet humbled to be in the Dundee Hills, the Mecca of the Pinot Noir.  Living few steps from Pinot Noir pioneers such as Jim Maresh, Vivian Weber, and next door neighbor Dick Erath. 

In April 2012 we planted our first vines and today we have a total of 7 acres under vine, with just over 6 acres of Pinot Noir and nearly an acre of Chardonnay.  Our vineyard is our home and we farm without the use of pesticides and herbicides while leveraging ancient practices to avoid contaminating the soil, our environment, farm workers, guests children and our beautiful dog lava and 3 cats (lovely, Rae and Marshmallow).

In the years when our vines were developing from small tender shoots to sturdy fruit producing vines, we searched the valley high and low for a winemaker to coax the essence of this special place into rich yet elegant wines. Fortunately for us, we found Drew Voit a highly regarded winemaker who's produced some of the most highly esteemed and rated wines from Oregon's Willamette Valley.

2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir $12 BTG $40 BTL

Widely considered a fickle and troublesome variety, Pinot noir is our chosen soul mate. No other red grape can so clearly translate the vintage, the soils, and the way it was handled quite like Pinot noir. In both the vineyard and the winery we take great care to ensure that its expression remains true to its nature—never forced and always in keeping with what the vineyard has to say. Our approach is intentionally non-recipe-driven. Rather, we prefer to be responsive to vintage and leverage our years of experience, letting intuition and taste guide the way.

2021 Willamette Valley Chardonnay $12 BTG $40 BTL

The nose of this wine is fragrant and effusive, redolent of honeysuckle and jasmine blossoms, juicy apricots, lime zest, and white peaches. On the palate, it smacks of freshness yet has the textural weight to make you think twice. It is entirely vibrant and will pair well with whatever you’re eating.

ABOUT adelsheim Vineyards:

Luck, fate, and a single-minded determination to make world-class wine in Oregon led David and Ginny Adelsheim to purchase their first 19 acres just outside Newberg, Oregon in 1971. The 2022 ‘La Sorella’ opens with Bartlett pear and star jasmine aromas as well as hay and shades of honeydew melon. The palate is very smooth and opulent with a silky texture. Showing great weight and underlying verve, this beautiful wine is best enjoyed now and over the next eight years.

The 2022 ‘La Sorella’ Pinot Noir is an outstanding bottling that comes from the de Lancellotti Estate Vineyard (40%) with the remainder sourced from the Arlyn Vineyard. Aged in only 20% new French oak, this is texturally very grati- fying, this offers bright Bing cherry and red raspberry flavors with shades of lavender, blood orange zest and salty undercurrents. Everything is neatly in harmony here, as this already nicely evolved Pinot Noir offers some serious value.
