The representation of 11 different Chardonnay clones, born in a rocky soil, a blend that happens in the vineyard. Exquisite complexity, crisp, elegant. Notes of pears and tropical fruits with floral aromas and a hint of vanilla. Aged for 18 months.
2021 cramoisi rose of PINOT NOIR
Delicate crush of rose pink. This is 100% Pinot noir grapes, greets you with aromas of honey dew melon, strawberry, and citrus flavors. Easy to drink, crisp, elegant, and refreshing. The bright acids, minerality and notes of fresh rose petals will make this a favorite for everyday drinking. Aged in stainless steel tank for 6 months
2019 cramoisi cuvee estate pinot noir
This is a beautiful blend of our 10 Pinot noir block, bright crimson color. Delicate and elegant, currant, cranberry and slight cherry notes. Light body, smooth in the palate with an earthy feeling. Perfect for summer days and versatile for food pairings. Classic Pinot noir from the Dundee Hills. Elevage 12 months in French oak barrel 35% new French Oak.
2021 cramoisi sofia’s block estate pinot noir
100% Dijon 667, Sofia's favorite clone from her namesake block. Very delicate and elegant one, velvety and silky in the palate, beautiful bright and elegant crimson color. Notes of cherries, currants, and spices. Interesting minerality, aromas of wet soil round out a fine lingering savory finish. Sofia’s will age wisely for years to come.

In 2011 Sofia and her husband Ryan McKay both invested their money and took a chance on 10 acres of property in the beautiful Dundee Hills AVA of Oregon. Not knowing much about wine growing but dreaming to make the best wine in Oregon, they start planting their vines in the Spring of 2012 and started living their passion and dream for wine growing, making small lots of boutique Pinot noirs, Rosé of Pinot noir, Blanc de noirs, White Pinot and Chardonnay.
Cramoisi, French from Crimson, Organic and Biodynamic Vineyard. Estate grown wines with respect for the land, the grape and hardworking vineyard stewards.
Sofia Torres McKay was born in Mexico City and Ryan McKay born in Eugene Oregon, a small family business owners and parents of two teenage boys, Mateo and Johnathan, three beautiful cats and a wonderful yellow lab name Lava.
