Our Winery of the Month for April is Rue Cler, a husband and wife team producing hand crafted, micro-boutique wines from around the Pacific Northwest. We’ll be pouring their Syrah by the glass all month long. Plus, Winemaker/Owners Aaron & Angela Price will be pouring samples during Local’s Night on the 18th, which will pair perfectly with the menu we’re serving for the occasion.

about the winery:
“In {2017} Aaron's family bought Ten Peaks Vineyard in McMinnville, Oregon. That year we traveled to Paris, Dijon and Beaune, France. We fell more in love with all things French and ALL the wine. Then and there, we started dreaming big. We started asking, "What If We Did This For Real?" That harvest we dove head first into winemaking and never looked back.“
-Aaron & Angela Price
tasting notes:
2018 walla walla syrah
Bold, balanced, smooth, and lush. It begins on the nose with black cherries lightly dusted in cocoa and crushed coffee. Aromatics blend on the palate with late summer blackberries and tobacco.
Sourced from the Patina Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley AVA.
Aged 20 months in neutral oak
