Ecliptic Brewing unites Owner/Brewmaster John Harris’ two passions: brewing and astronomy. The ecliptic is earth’s yearly path around the sun, and the brewery celebrates this journey through the seasons with their beer ventures.

In addition to samples of their delicious beers, we will be serving shepherd's pie made with pinot noir braised lamb, charred fingerling potatoes, fried rosemary, winter vegetables and have live music by Dante Zapata.
