fried chicken fundraiser for chef addy


AUGUST 24 - SEPTEMBER 4, 2020

Red Hills Market is joining the Portland food community to honor the life of Chef Cameron Addy, cherished friend to many, including our own Daniel Mondok, who worked alongside Chef Addy at Belly.

Since one of Cameron's cooking passions was fried chicken, we are featuring our fried chicken sandwich for the next couple weeks:

rhm fried chicken sandwich
crispy chicken thigh, rhm whiskey pepper bacon, provolone, pickles, butter lettuce with calabrian aioli & dill dressing

We will be donating $1 per sandwich sold to his wife, Linda and daughter, Ella. (Flat donations will also be collected from those who wish to participate without purchasing the chicken sandwich.)
