Xicha Brewing [chee-chah] [broo-ing] is the Pacific Northwest’s only Latinx brewery located in West Salem, Oregon, that aims to honor Latin American traditions while constantly seeking out opportunities where those traditions creatively collide with new ideas.

Get better acquainted with Xicha Brewing on October 17 during our monthly tap takeover event. In addition to samples of their delicious, we will be serving New England Po’ Boys, Jalapeno Hush Puppies & Crudite and have live music by Dante Zapata.
