TASTING NOTES:

This single-vineyard nebbiolo from the Ribbon Ridge AVA is a rose with 12 hours of skin contact before being pressed lightly, then naturally fermented until bottled during primary fermentation at 18g/l of residual sugar. This method of wine carbonation can be called ancestral method, pet-nat or in this case, rurale method. It is undisgorged. It bright with strawberries and has weighty Nebbiolo phenolics that add depth and balance.
